A descendant of Indjalandji-Dhidhanu and Alyewarre Aboriginal peoples from North West Queensland and the Northern Territory, Glory Tuohy-Daniell is a NAISDA Dance College graduate. She joined Bangarra Dance Theatre in 2016 under the Russell Page Graduate Program, performing and touring with the company until February 2023.
Her artistic practice has been deeply shaped by cultural residencies on Saibai, Mao, and Elcho Islands, as well as returning works to Country in Yirrkala, Marree, and the Torres Strait. Now working independently, Glory has toured with Karul Projects Silence, Performing Lines Hide The Do), and Baleen Moondjan with Director Stephen Page.
In 2023, she made her choreographic debut with Keeping Grounded for Dance Clan and was a recipient of the Telstra Emerging Choreographic Competition for her dance film Deadly Catch.
