The Right Foot

I give permission for DirtyFeet to take photos and video of me participating in the workshop. I give consent for images of me to be kept by DirtyFeet Ltd. for promotional use in printed and electronic media or other media related to the promotion of DirtyFeet’s community programs.

Membership is on an annual basis, valid for one year from registration. Concession is only valid with proof of full time student card, government concession or pension card. Please provide a copy of your concession card on registration. To comply with the Data Protection Act we will not release your personal details to any individual or organisation without your consent.

Privacy Statement

DirtyFeet recognises and respects every participant’s right to privacy. We will collect and use the minimum amount of personal information needed for us to ensure that you receive a quality service from us. DirtyFeet will always endeavour to manage your information in ways that protect your privacy.

Refund Policy

For The Right Foot workshops and Out of the Studio box office tickets DirtyFeet does not offer refunds or exchanges once purchased if you become unavailable to attend the event. DirtyFeet may, at its discretion, consider an exchange under extenuating circumstances.

  1. Order Processing Time: Orders for DirtyFeet merchandise are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. This processing time allows us to prepare your items for shipment with care and attention to detail.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders of merchandise Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
  3. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  4. Delivery Issues: In the rare event of a delivery issue or delay, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
