Anthea Doropoulos is an accomplished dance producer and arts manager with 16 years of industry experience. As a creative producer, she has driven innovation in the dance sector by establishing platforms for research, residencies, development, workshops, and productions, with a focus on inclusive and accessible dance practices for both emerging and established dance artists.
Since 2007, Anthea has served as Director of DirtyFeet, transforming the organisation from a grassroots initiative into a sustainable, vital contributor to Australia’s independent dance sector. Under her leadership, DirtyFeet has become integral to the dance ecology, renowned for its support of emerging dance artists and inclusive programs, including collaborations with artists with disabilities.
In 2019, Anthea began her role as Creative Producer at Campbelltown Arts Centre, where she successfully delivered sell-out dance seasons for Sydney Festival, featuring works by artists Rhiannon Newton and Jasmin Sheppard,Since 2021, she has also produced compelling new works by Martin del Amo, Brianna Kell, Party Dozen, and Raghav Handa. During 2019 and 2020, she also served as Program Manager for March Dance, Sydney’s flagship independent contemporary dance festival, managing 122 artists and 102 events annually.
Anthea is deeply passionate about community engagement and actively collaborates with artists and communities from diverse backgrounds. She has championed First Nations artists, emerging talents, and artists from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, LGBTQIA+, and artists with disability, consistently demonstrating her commitment to fostering a more inclusive and culturally rich arts landscape.

Emma Riches is an Australian artist working across performance, choreography, writing, teaching and producing with an interest in how these roles can intersect and inform each other.
Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts (BFA Dance, 2015), Emma has worked with notable artists including Jill Crovisier (JC movement production), Sandra Parker, Jo Lloyd, Siobhan McKenna, Alice Will Caroline, Tra Mi Dinh, Emma Harrison, Phillip Adams/Matthew Bird, Victoria Hunt, Adele Varcoe, Nebahat Erpolat, Louella May Hogan/Debbie Sings as well as Dance Makers Collective, Tasdance, Deep Soulful Sweats and Polito.
Emma’s choreographic work has been commissioned by DirtyFeet, the University of Melbourne and presented at M1 CONTACT Festival Singapore, Sunshine Art Spaces, Dancehouse and Strawberry Fields Music Festival and Melbourne Fringe Festival (Compass development program). She has been a choreographic resident at institutions across Australia including Critical Path, ReadyMade Works, Lucy Guerin Inc, Temperance Hall, Ausdance NSW, Strut, GUTS, Dancehouse and Schoolhouse Studios and internationally at ImPulsTanz, Vienna.
Emma’s choreographic practice is interested in developing structures to push the creative and physical endurance of the performer while finding ways to leave a tangible trace of the performative action. She is the initiator of ‘The Not New Project’, a platform that profiles specific aspects of dance practice through bite-sized publications.
Emma’s solo work ‘never are’ premiered in 2025 as part of The Flying Nun season 9 at Brand X with support from the City of Sydney. The work will tour to Melbourne/Naarm in 2026.

Sarah Han brings over 14 years of experience in brand storytelling, digital strategy, and audience engagement, all driven by a passion for creativity and connection.
With a background in both marketing and dance, her journey spans four countries, giving her a unique perspective on cultural nuance and inclusive communication.
Born in Berlin and raised in Jakarta, Sarah studied dance at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore before moving to Sydney in 2006 to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications at the University of Sydney. She is also a certified yoga teacher – practices that continue to shape her thoughtful, human-centred approach to marketing.
Sarah has welcomed reconnecting with her artistic roots and using her skills to amplify the voices, stories, and movement at the heart of DirtyFeet.
