MADONNA explores the cultural icons and powerhouse women behind the name. We are transposing these figures of womanhood, sex and power and seeking to redefine female cultural history. MADONNA is a dissection of the iconography of specific women, deities and legends and a celebration of the relationship between the sacred and the profane.
