Juliet Saito

Juliet is an independent dance artist, based in Sydney. She trained at Transit Dance in Melbourne, graduating in 2019 with a Diploma of Contemporary Dance. Throughout her training, she performed in works by Daniel Jaber, Harrison Hall, Alice Lee Holland, Paea Leach, and Gabrielle Nankivell. She was a part of Yellow Wheel in 2019, where she performed Gideon Obarzanek’s ‘Circle Dance’, remounted by Kyall Shanks, at the Festival of Jewish Arts and Music (FOJAM). Juliet took part, as a dancer, in SIMULCAST, directed by Alice Lee Holland. She also performed at Beyond the Valley 2019/2020, in a piece choreographed by Lauren Stanley, exposing the public to the open nature of contemporary performance.
